Featured slider starts slowly

Hi, I have a problem with my featured slider. Please check www.dolomie.it/wordpress. In fact when i open the page at first it will be opne the icons in middle of the page and after that the image slider at the top. And the problem is also that it start not always with the first image. I want that the page open only with the first image of the slider (in my case the foto of the house). Can you help me?
