Featured Slider Question

Hi, I have a question about the featured slider that I am using on my home page. The slider is set to use posts and I have hyperlinks within the post text to other pages although when the post is displayed by the slider the hyperlinks are not included. The visitor of the site has to click through on the post title first on the featured slider and then click on the hyperlink once the post is displayed. Is it possible to adjust the featured slider to allow hyperlinks in the post text when displayed by the slider?
