Featured slider pause function

Hello there I have implemented the featured slider into the home page of my site and although its looks great and provides me with the ability to link to websites etc it doesn't allow the user to pause the slider. Is there any CSS I could add to the 'additional CSS' section that would provide the ability to pause on hover or add a pause button like there is for the header video. Huge thanks
