Featured Slider missing from Catch Base theme

This is my error message: Broken Themes The following themes are installed but incomplete.   Catch Base  Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet. Child I deleted and reinstalled the theme. Still no luck. Only 4 plugins in use. Please advise!
