Featured Slider Image Size

I finally figured out how to add my images into the featured slider however.. the images that I added ended up looking way smaller than the Mt. Everest pics. Any advice on how to adjust my feature image sizes to mirror the sample Mt Everest pics in slider? page: www.dirtydjunkremoval.com
