Featured Post Slider dosn't work

Good evening, in my website " www.//sfogliaemattarello.it/wordpress " I can't able to show featured images in the centre of the page, as you can see from the website. I had this procedure: I wrote a post, I put an image in Featured Image box, I put the same tag in the Delicious Magazine> Theme Options> Featured Panel. Saved evrything but the result is : you can see the images on the right but not in the centre. Can I have an help? Thank you Lorenza
