featured Image Thumbnail

Hello everyone! This is my site URL https://issbsolutions.com. You can see that the post thumbnail image is not what it should look like. The size of thumbnail is also very large. I changed dimensions in the settings but no effect. I want my featured image to show completely in the post thumbnails with proper dimensions. Theme is "catch responsive free".
