Featured Image Slider Thumbnail Crop Not Working

Hello, I’m having an issue with my slider. One of my featured slider images changed the cropping by itself and I can’t seem to get it correct again. Here is the url. everythingiswine.com Notice in the second image in the slider the man’s head is cut off. I’ve tried to recrop it in the thumbnail editor but it’s not working. I’m trying to get to where the man’s face is included in the slider. Thanks, Tivon
