featured image posts

Hi, I have a probleem with featured images in posts. What I want is: an image on the posts page (where al the posts are in excerpts , see: http://www.hagmeijer.nl/wp-admin/customize.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hagmeijer.nl%2Ftestpagina-blog%2F, but no featured image on the page of the individual post. That is because on the individual post I have a featured slider. And now the featured image is displayed beneath the featured slider. (see:http://www.hagmeijer.nl/services/construction-services/) I should like to have the image within the text of the post as in the post above here. IS there a solution for that?
