Featured Image Not Showing

I've just started setting up a new website to replace an older site.  I set a featured image for my static home page (Focus Your Vision) on my new site http://questusstrategies.com/wordpress/ but the image does not appear.  The image size is set to 644px X 320px, which I have downloaded and saved.  Featured Image is checked in the Screen Options and the image appears in the Featured Image section in the Edit Page screen, but does not show when I preview the page.  What am I missing?
