Featured image not displying on Posts page

Hello, I am using a static homepage for the site I am working on with featured images for each page instead of a header. I cannot get the page level fetured image to display on the posts page (which is called News). Site in progress URL is https://skafish.com/new_2018/. Thanks in advance for your help! Glinda
