Featured Image Not Displaying in Blog

Good evening, I have a featured image selected for my posts on www.grant4madison.com. I can see the featured image on the homepage, as well as the blog page. However, when I click "continue reading" to expand the remaining content my featured image disappears. How can I ensure the featured image stays at the top even with the expanded content?
