Featured image in header overlapping content in IE

The header image is overlapping content further down the page in Internet Explorer, works fine in chrome and firefox. I changed the featured images to the recommended size, but it still overlaps. http://savenyclibraries.org/portfolio/technology-training-job-readiness/
