Featured image blurry

Hi Sakin, I realized that the featured image is always blurry, no matter how good the quality of my upload is. Could you please explain and how to change this? This image is pretty much the first impression that readers get (and it's also visible in the featured post slider), and it looks cheap when it's blurry. Cheers!
