Featured image aspect ratio

Hi, A quick question about the featured images on the Recent Posts/Content on the Homepage. It seems to display the image in 4x3 Aspect Ratio. Is there a way to display them as 3x2, as the image was shot? Thanks, Richard www.richardchubb.com
