Featured image alt (slider)

Hi, I would like to change the featured image alt on the slider. For example, <img src=".jpg" class="pngfix wp-post-image" alt="Featured Image-2" title="Featured Image-2"> How can I change the alt "Featured Image-2" ? Thanks for your help,
