Featured Header Image, Excluding Homepage Option not working

I am trying out the free version of Catch Flames theme to find out how it looks and how easy it is to use. When I enable the Featured Header Image and set the option to 'Excluding Homepage', my featured header shows up on my homepage, but not any of my other pages. The same thing happens when I sent the Featured Header Image option to 'Homepage'. I am using a static front page, which is set to a page I've called 'Home'. What do I need to change to make this work?
