Featured Content strips HTML

Hi, With a recent update to the Catch Responsive theme, the Featured Content on the homepage now strips the HTML. The page I have the content up is at http://www.nacmoveathon.ca I have tried to enable the Full Content under Excerpt setting, but it did not work. How do I enable the HTML to properly format the featured content on the homepage?
