Featured Content on Entire Site

Hi, I set up Featured Content and want to use it on entire site. The homepage looks perfectly fine, in the exact way I set it up, but for all other pages it does not give the same result. Actually it shows the very same page's link 3 different times. How come set up on homepage does not work on entire website? Thanks for your help. www.nasilgreencardaldim.com
