Featured content – mob view

Good morning, I'm reviewing my site this morning and have noticed that when looking at the site on a mobile device the "featured content" text changed to being above/below the picture and not inside as seen on a desktop computer. Is there anything I can do? Www.risinghighballoons.co.uk
