Featured Content Link URLs

I am having an issue with the Adventurous Featured Content links on my site. On the backend of things in Theme Options>Featured Content Options, I have changed/saved new target URLs - but when I load the site itself my featured content still links to the old (broken) URLs. Am I missing a step somewhere?
