Featured Content Link URL

The link url under the featured content options will not update. I go to theme options > Featured Content > Featured Content Options > Link URL I change the Target url for the content than save changes but the url will not update. The changes are present in the link url field on the back-end. However, when viewing the site front-end, the link url has not changed.
