FEATURED CONTENT GRID FORMAT

Hello How do I created "Featured Content" in a Grid Format/layout? The theme says I can add up to 20 items in Featured Content area but am UNABLE to add more than 6!And when I add the 6th, the content items just keeping shrinking instead of being displayed in a Grid layout format. Am interested in adding 20 items in this area in Grid Format of 5 across X 4 down. Also am unable to change font size the "Featured Content" title. I want to make it larger. Please help with any additional CSS to help me achieve this. Thank you Jules
