Featured Content for Catch Fullscreen.

I've just installed the theme and I am trying to edit the content of the featured content (featured slider). I am unable to change the number of slides shown, it shows the front home page, an empty page, projects page and a home page without the background. I am not sure why an empty white page, projects page and a home page appear. I have set the theme to load a a single static home page which should be the home page with a background. The featured content number and the number of slides is set to one. The site can be found at arielswing.com.
