Featured content below Home page content on the page

Hi, What do I need to do to make it so the Featured Content blocks created by the Essential Content types plugin display beneath the Home page content? I am presuming this calls for a child theme but need help working out how to make this function correctly. The problem I am trying to solve is that the three footer widgets are currently being used by content which could be presented as Featured Content, but only if lower on the page. All of the footer widgets are needed for content usually placed in the footer. I have considered adding another plugin to create another set of footer widgets but would prefer to use the methods already in place. Thank you
