Featured Content Background Image

I have a question concerning Featured Content Background Image in Full Frame Pro. I have set in desktop position = top, repeat = No Repeat and attachment = fixed. On the desktop it works as expected, but on mobile devices (iPad / iPhone) will not fixed. Any Idea?
