Featured Content

Hello, I'm not able to select specific articles that I would like to include in the featured content area which I've selected to have 3 columns. When I go to Appearance, Customize, Feature Content, there is an option to feature pages, not posts in the featured content field which the only option displayed in the drop down is the About page. And in order for the Featured Content 3 column box to be visible is when I select Demo Featured Content. My site is already live: http://www.thecoffeecup.nyc/ Thank you so much!
