Feature Slider Link and color issues

Hi I have Catch Everest Pro installed. I uploaded a feature slider on the home page. As I am continuing to make changes on the site. Off and on the home page changes to show the feature image slider name and link above the image.( the link does not go anywhere), and the image drops down showing a white space and the below Image Title Name and link in the white space above the image. Your response in a previous post was to just change something in the theme options and save - and it will revert back. I did this, it worked once....and then the next time it didn't.
