Feature Slider Images

I must missing something, but I can't seem to get the featured slider images to enable. They show up next to blog posts on the home page but the slider doesn't activate. I have it selected as a 4 column slider in the customizer. Any ideas? http://www.lifeinthelittleoneroom.com/
