Feature Image Size

Hi, I can't get my featured image to size correctly or consistently. Please see: 72.52.223.1/?page_id=73 correct 72.52.223.1/?page_id=2 incorrect - source image is 1280 wide I've tried instructions found on other posts but nothing seems to work. Please help. Thanks
