Fav Icon Not showing up

I created a logo and it is showing up perfectly on the header. I resized it to 32x32 and uploaded it into the Fav Icon section and saved it, but it is not showing up. I am still getting the Internet Explorer "e" next to it in the address bar. What else should I do? Thanks!
