Facebook Integration Not Loading

I've tried to integrate Facebook by installing some of the plugins and also manually inserting script into the theme but it does not appear to be loading. I noticed that on your preview of Simple Catch, you also seem to not have the Facebook API load properly. Is this a problem with your theme or with Facebook?
