Fabulous Fluid Pro, no "Customize Page"

I want to change the default text color throughout my blog. I've tried to access the Customize option but I always get a blank page. I believe I'm going to the correct place but it isn't there. This is the page I go too when I click Appearance/Customize. I even tried highlighting the page to see if somehow the text was white like the background. Here is the page I reach. http://bcsjournal.com/home/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fhome%2Fwp-admin%2F I don't receive an error message like error or page not found. It behaves like it reached a page but without content. Am I missing a page somewhere? Any thoughts? Bruce
