Extra White Space above Footer

Hi, Couple questions on www.sthelenspregnancycenter.org 1) On every page except the home page there is a white bar above the footer. How can I get ride fo that? 2) On the home page I can not get the setting to change the Headline background to work? I changed homepage Headline Background Color under Color Options, but it is still white. Thanks for your help! Mike
