Extra empty section after update

Yesterday I updated the theme to version 1.06 and since then an extra section appears which is empty. I have to posts that should appear on the homepage which are sections 1 and 2 (0 is main page). Section 3 is in the scroller on the right but empty. I have tried adding another post to see if that fixes the problem but that is not the solution. When looking at the page source there is no extra post. I have also looked at the scroller info but nothing there either. Site: http://musicforshelter.com
