exporting

Hy i've been working on my page (link) and i have an other domain owned by my uni and i will have to upload this. So how could i export the exact HTML code* and where should i paste it on my domain? Thanks for your help in advance. *i dont know what is it exactly called but i mean the code that i can insert and get the same result
