Expand the image change in the header according to time and with a logo

Hi Several background images can be inserted for the header page, which change randomly. It would be nice if I could specify the time when which picture appears. For example, I could publish 2 pictures from the same point of view. A day and a night shot. Because one picture would be shown during the day and the other picture at night. I would like to be able to place a logo on the header page over the background and not just text as intended. Is that possible? https://www.speiser-beschriftungen.ch Many thanks for the help.
