Excerpt not resetting

My website with temporary URL: http://box2004.temp.domains/~ncwaudub/ My Category page:http://box2004.temp.domains/~ncwaudub/category/news/ I did Customize>Theme Options>Excerpt>More tag settings I a trying to reset the number of words but the reset is not taking. I checked the checkbox, hit Publish, Refreshed. Nothing seems to work. Please help!
