Excerpt in Portofolio; first Page width in Header Highlight Section

In the Porfolio section, is it possible to inlude an excerpt under the title for each Page with Custom CSS? Alternatively, is it possible to have the first Page in the Header Highlight Section be the same width as the other Pages i.e. not full width?
