excerpt doesn't work in post page for non-english content

excerpt doesn't work in post page for non-english content. my web:http://mangoyes.com/news/ English is no problem. But when I type Chinese, then the excerpt stop working even I set 30 words. Please help.For Chinese, it will display all content.
