Essential Content Types plugin

Last week I added the 'essential content types' plugin to the theme to find out if I liked the 'services' and 'portfolio' menus. Unfortunately I don't want to use any of these options so I deinstalled the essential content types plugin. Leaving me with 'services' and 'portfolio' options on the website. Which I can't deselect in the theme editor in Wordpress. Can anyone help me with this?
