ERROR msg in theme

Running WP 4,3 on theme 3,0 When entering the theme customizer I get this: Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /customers/e/4/8/fleksjobbernetvaerket.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/catch-base-pro/inc/customizer-includes/catchbase-customizer.php on line 110
