Enlarging the Logo

Hi, I would like to make the logo area much large (infact I would like to make the Logo & Menu increase by 2x - maybe 320px deep) How could I go about doing this? Essentially - I would like a larger logo & the menu to be proportional. Thanks in advanced, Craig.
