Enabling shortcode in text widget

I have read how to do this from a general Google search but I'm not confident enough to edit your template code. Please step me through how to do this. I just want to add a JetPack basic subscription form on the Primary sidebar. May I add that after 24 hours of using your template the results have surpassed my expectations ?. Well done. :)
