Enable Featured Slider for Second Language page

Hi, I'm adding a new language to all the pages and posts in my website, however, I'm not able to show the Featured Slider in the second language page/post. In fact, other theme options like Featured Content, Hero Content, and News Ticker are not available for second language too.
