Edit SEO title meta description home page

Hi I'm trying to edit the SEO title and meta description for my home page. I've gone into the SEO --- Titles & Metas ---- Home -- But I can't find anywhere within that section to actually edit the details. Are you able to point me in the right direction? Site is kitsinclair.com Thanks Kit
