Edit Scroll Up Arrow Location + Add Scroll Down Arrow

I am using ScapeShot Pro Theme.  Can someone tell me how to update the location of the Scroll Up Arrow?  Can I add a scroll down via the theme?  Can you tell me if I remove the arrows all together so I can use my own plugin?
