Edit Header Widget

I'm following behind someone who is no longer working on this site. Somehow they have inserted a phone number and a facebook icon in what would be the right header widget (where you put social media buttons.) I think it's the free template... I want to edit the content but can't find it in any of the php files and the widget isn't listed? yikes. http://allwoodstree.com/ appreciate any help you've got to offer. Nice theme by the way.
