Edit Field Text Box and Submit Button

Hello, We have a form for our page under "Create a Study Group" link and there are some text fields that right above each other without any space in between. If you look at the text input field for Officer In Charge, Officer Contact Information, Member Needed for event, etc, the text fields are on top of each other. I want spaces to show between each field so they're not clumped together. Is there a way to decrease the text field size or maybe manipulate with the shadow or padding of the text field input box? Also, there's a box image right under the "SUBTMIT EVENT" that's not aligned with the button. How can I fix this to remove the box or just align the box with the SUBTMIT EVENT button.
