Duplicate Homepage-Message

Hi, I would like the homepage-message to be shown at the extreme top of all my pages... but still have the original message under the slider. Is this possible...? Or could I create a new widget to display at the very top of the page and just add the same content? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks TOny
